Current State​

  • Phase 1 (Development) Completed: Core backend and frontend implemented with comprehensive testing infrastructure. Deterministic parallelism and backend API test expansion completed.
  • Phase 2 (Test Fixes) In Progress: Focus on achieving 100% E2E test pass rate. Timeline: October-November 2025.
  • Frontend: Core pages implemented; remaining pages (Search, AI Assistant, Training, Deviations, CAPA, Audit) ready for completion post-test stabilization.
  • Testing: Infrastructure ready for reliable E2E execution; requires backend TEST_MODE=true for full validation.
  • Documentation: Progress tracks updated across all audiences with Phase 1 insights integrated.

Phase 2: Test Fixes (Current Priority)​

  • Focus: Achieve 100% E2E test pass rate in 5 consecutive headless runs
  • Dependencies: Backend TEST_MODE=true support, stable test environment
  • Risks: Test flakiness, environment inconsistencies

Post-Phase 2: MVP Release (December 2025)​

The MVP is pilot-ready when the following are available:

  • User-facing flows: Complete all core workflows with reliable testing
  • Platform capabilities: Full semantic search, compliance features, real-time metrics
  • Quality and deployment: 100% E2E pass rate, ≥80% coverage, validated Docker deployment

Future Milestones​

  • Q1 2026: AI enhancements, advanced analytics, performance optimizations
  • Q2 2026: Multi-tenant support, mobile responsiveness, third-party integrations
  • Q3-Q4 2026: Enterprise features (SSO, advanced compliance), scalability improvements

Risks and Mitigations​
