This page highlights what end users can use today, what is coming next, known limitations, and tips to stay productive while the MVP is finalized.

Current State​

  • Phase 1 (Development) Completed: Core system with login, document management, basic dashboard, and electronic signatures
  • Phase 2 (Test Fixes) In Progress: Stabilizing testing infrastructure (October-November 2025) to ensure reliable functionality
  • Available features: Document upload/download, version control, approvals, basic dashboard navigation
  • Note: Full workflow features will be available after Phase 2 completion in December 2025

  • MVP Release: December 2025 - Full quality workflows including search, deviations, CAPA, training, and audit features
  • Post-MVP: 2026 - Enhanced features like AI assistance, advanced analytics, and enterprise capabilities

Known Limitations​

  • During Phase 2 (October-November 2025), some advanced features may be temporarily limited while testing infrastructure is stabilized
  • Full workflow features (deviations, CAPA, training, audit) will be available after Phase 2 completion
  • Dashboard metrics may show placeholders until post-MVP enhancements
  • All limitations will be addressed by the December 2025 MVP release

Tips and Workarounds​

  • During Phase 2 testing (October-November 2025), the system may be temporarily unavailable for updates
  • Use clear titles and descriptions for uploads to improve future searchability
  • If you cannot see a page or action, your role might not permit it - refer to RBAC basics
  • For approvals and completions, ensure you are logged in as the authorized user
  • Full functionality will be restored by December 2025 MVP release

Reporting Issues​

  • Provide steps to reproduce and any error messages you see
  • Include the page URL and your role
  • If possible, attach a screenshot
  • Note: During Phase 2, some issues may be related to ongoing test stabilization
