Document Templates

Document Templates allow administrators to upload reusable file templates (e.g., Word documents, PDFs) that serve as starting points when users create new documents in the system. This ensures consistency across your organization’s documentation.

  • Upload new document templates with a name and description
  • Download existing templates for review or offline editing
  • Delete templates that are no longer needed
  • View template metadata including file size and upload date
  1. Navigate to Admin in the sidebar.
  2. Select the Document Templates tab.

The main view displays a table of uploaded templates:

  1. Click Upload Template.
  2. Enter a Template Name (required).
  3. Enter an optional Description explaining the template’s purpose.
  4. Click the file input to select a file from your computer.
  5. Click Upload.

The system accepts common document formats:

  • Word documents (.docx, .doc)
  • PDF files (.pdf)
  • Other office formats

Click the Download button on a template row to save a copy of the template file to your computer. The file downloads with its original filename.

  1. Click the Delete button on the template row.
  2. A confirmation dialog appears asking you to confirm the deletion.
  3. Click Delete to permanently remove the template.
