Equipment Management provides a centralized system for registering, tracking, and maintaining all equipment assets. It covers the full equipment lifecycle from registration through active use, calibration, maintenance, and retirement.
- On the left sidebar, select Equipment.
- Review the equipment table, which shows each item’s ID, name, location, category, type, status, criticality, calibration schedule, and maintenance schedule.
- To narrow results, use the Filters card above the table:
- Enter text in the Search equipment… field to search by name, ID code, location, or serial number.
- Select a value from the All Statuses dropdown to filter by equipment status.
- Select a value from the All Categories dropdown to filter by category.
- Select a value from the All Types dropdown to filter by equipment type.
- Select a value from the All Equipment dropdown to show Regulated Only or Non-Regulated Only items.
- On the left sidebar, select Equipment.
- Select Add Equipment in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the equipment details: name, ID, location, category, type, criticality, regulatory classification, serial number, manufacturer, model, and calibration/maintenance schedules.
- Select Save to register the equipment.
- On the left sidebar, select Equipment.
- In the equipment table, select the eye icon on the row you want to inspect.
- Review the equipment detail page, which shows the full record including calibration history and maintenance history.
- On the left sidebar, select Equipment.
- In the equipment table, select the pencil icon on the row you want to update.
- Modify the fields you need to change.
- Select Save to apply your changes.

| Active | Equipment is in service and operational. |
| Inactive | Equipment is not currently in use. |
| Retired | Equipment has been permanently decommissioned. |
| Under Maintenance | Equipment is temporarily out of service for maintenance. |
