Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It provides a real-time overview of your quality system’s health, your personal work queue, and upcoming deadlines.
Review KPI cards
Section titled “Review KPI cards”At the top of the dashboard, four KPI cards summarize key metrics:

To navigate to the related module, select a KPI card.
Check your compliance scorecard
Section titled “Check your compliance scorecard”- On the dashboard, scroll to the Compliance Scorecard widget (middle row, left).
- Review the circular gauge showing your overall compliance score (0—100).
- Below the gauge, review the breakdown bar chart with five components:

| Training Completion | Percentage of training assignments completed on time |
| Document Currency | Whether documents are current and reviews are up to date |
| No Overdue Items | Penalty score based on overdue items across the system |
Each bar is color-coded: green (85%+), yellow (70—84%), or red (below 70%).
Identify risks with the heatmap
Section titled “Identify risks with the heatmap”- On the dashboard, locate the Risk Heatmap widget (middle row, right).
- Review the grid showing deviations and CAPAs distributed by severity: Low, Medium, High, and Critical.
- To view a filtered list of items at a specific severity, select that cell.
The footer summarizes total critical and high-risk items.
Review overdue items
Section titled “Review overdue items”- On the dashboard, scroll to the Overdue Items widget (bottom row, left).
- Review the breakdown by type:
- Deviations — with the age of the oldest overdue deviation
- CAPAs — with the age of the oldest overdue CAPA
- Training — overdue training assignments
- Doc Reviews — documents past their periodic review date
- To view the filtered list for a type, select that row.
When all items are current, a green “All caught up!” message is displayed.
Check upcoming deadlines
Section titled “Check upcoming deadlines”- On the dashboard, scroll to the Upcoming Deadlines widget (bottom row, right).
- Review items with deadlines in the next 14 days, grouped by urgency:
- Today — highlighted in red
- Tomorrow — highlighted in yellow
- This Week — standard styling
- Next Week — standard styling
- To navigate to a specific item, select it.
- To open the calendar view, select View Calendar at the bottom of the widget.
Each item shows its type (deviation, CAPA, document, or training), title, and ID.
Act on assigned items
Section titled “Act on assigned items”- On the dashboard, scroll to the Assigned Items section.
- Select a tab to filter by type: All, Training, Deviations, or CAPAs.
- To filter further, select All, Overdue, or Approaching above the tabs.
- To open an item’s detail page, select it.
Items use color-coded urgency indicators:
- Red background — overdue
- Orange background — approaching deadline (within 3 days)
Process pending approvals
Section titled “Process pending approvals”- On the dashboard, scroll to the Pending Approvals section.
- Select a tab to filter by type: All, Documents, Deviations, or CAPAs.
- To open an approval, select the item.
Overdue and approaching deadline indicators work the same as in Assigned Items. A summary banner appears at the top when overdue or approaching items exist.
Refresh dashboard data
Section titled “Refresh dashboard data”- In the dashboard header, select Refresh.
The button shows a loading indicator while data is fetched. The “Updated” timestamp next to the button shows when data was last loaded (for example, “Just now” or “5m ago”).
Upload a document from the dashboard
Section titled “Upload a document from the dashboard”- In the dashboard header, select + New Document.
You are taken to the document upload page without leaving the dashboard context.
