Bulk Signature Requests
The Bulk Signature Request feature allows you to request electronic signatures from multiple users for multiple documents in a single operation. This is particularly useful when new documents are released and require acknowledgement or approval from a group of people.
Accessing Bulk Requests
Section titled “Accessing Bulk Requests”To create bulk signature requests:
- Navigate to Signatures from the main menu
- Click the Request Signatures button at the top of the page
- The Bulk Signature Request page opens
Creating a Bulk Request
Section titled “Creating a Bulk Request”The bulk request process involves three steps: selecting documents, selecting recipients, and choosing the signature action.
Step 1: Select Documents
Section titled “Step 1: Select Documents”The left panel displays all documents with an “effective” status that are available for signature requests. For each document, you can see:
- Document title
- Description
- Version number
- Status badge
To select documents:
- Click on individual document cards to toggle selection
- Use the Select All / Deselect All button to select or clear all documents at once
- The header shows how many documents are currently selected
Step 2: Select Recipients
Section titled “Step 2: Select Recipients”The right panel displays all eligible users who can provide signatures. Admin users are automatically excluded from the list. For each user, you can see:
- Full name
- Email address
- Role badge
To select recipients:
- Click on individual user cards to toggle selection
- Use the Select All / Deselect All button to select or clear all users at once
- The header shows how many recipients are currently selected
Step 3: Choose Signature Action
Section titled “Step 3: Choose Signature Action”In the Request Settings section, select the type of signature action from the dropdown:

Request Summary
Section titled “Request Summary”Before sending, the summary panel displays:

Sending Requests
Section titled “Sending Requests”Click the Send Signature Request(s) button to submit all requests. The button label shows the total number of requests that will be sent.
Request Results
Section titled “Request Results”After sending, a results panel appears showing the outcome of each individual request:
- Sent (green) — The signature request was successfully created and sent to the user
- Error (red) — The request failed, with an error message explaining why
The results header shows a summary badge with the count of successful and failed requests.
Managing the Form
Section titled “Managing the Form”| Control | Description |

| Clear Form | Resets all selections, clears the action type back to the default, and removes any results |
| Back to Signatures | Returns to the main Signatures list page |
