Training Management

Training Management in InnoQualis EQMS provides a system for assigning, tracking, and completing training on controlled documents. It ensures that all personnel are trained on the procedures and policies relevant to their role, with full audit trail support and electronic signature compliance.

  1. On the left sidebar, select Training.
  2. Select the My Training tab.
  3. The table shows all your assignments with columns for course name, status, type, linked incident, due date, and progress.

Each assignment displays a progress bar: 0% for Assigned, 50% for In Progress, and 100% for Completed.

  1. On the left sidebar, select Training.
  2. On the My Training tab, find the assignment you want to complete.
  3. Select Complete in the Actions column for that assignment.
  4. Review the document, complete any required assessments, and provide your electronic signature.

After completion, select View Certificate to download your training certificate.

  1. On the left sidebar, select Training.
  2. In the toolbar search field, type a keyword to filter by document title, description, user name, status, or linked incident.

The search filters the current view in real time.

  1. On the left sidebar, select Training.
  2. Select the All Training tab.

This tab shows training records for all users across the organization, including a Training Statistics summary card with total assigned, completed, overdue, and completion rate.

  1. On the left sidebar, select Training.
  2. In the toolbar, select Assign Training.
  3. From the dropdown, select One-Off Assignment.
  4. Choose the user, document, and provide the incident context.
  5. Submit the assignment.
  1. On the left sidebar, select Training.
  2. In the toolbar, select Assign Training.
  3. From the dropdown, select Bulk Assignment.
  4. Select the documents and users to include in the assignment.
  5. Submit the bulk assignment.

If you have active onboarding pack assignments, they appear at the top of the Training page in an Onboarding Packs section.

  1. On the left sidebar, select Training.
  2. In the Onboarding Packs section, find your assigned pack.
  3. Select Start Pack.
  4. Review each document listed in the pack by selecting its link.
  5. After completing all documents, select Mark as Completed.
  1. On the left sidebar, select Training.
  2. In the toolbar, select View Notification History.

This shows a history of training notification emails sent. Select the button again to hide the panel.

  1. On the left sidebar, select Training.
  2. In the toolbar, select Export.
  3. Choose the export format.
