Share Feedback

The Feedback Widget lets you share product feedback without leaving the application. Your feedback is automatically routed to the development team with full context — including the page you were on, your browser details, and optional screenshots.

  1. In the top bar, select the ? (help) icon.
  2. The Help Center popup opens with three options: Ask AI, Contact Support, and Share Feedback.
  3. Select Share Feedback.
  1. Category — Choose what type of feedback you are sharing:

    • Bug Report — Something is broken or not working as expected
    • Feature Request — A new capability you would like to see
    • UX Issue — The interface is confusing or hard to use
    • General — Any other feedback
  2. Description — Describe your feedback in detail (minimum 10 characters). The more context you provide, the faster the team can act on it.

  3. Priority — Select how important this is to you:

    • Low — Nice to have, no urgency
    • Medium — Affects your work but you have a workaround
    • High — Significantly impacts your ability to use the system
  4. Select Submit Feedback.

To help the team understand the issue visually:

  1. Before submitting, select Capture current page.
  2. The Help Center popup temporarily closes while the page is captured.
  3. A preview thumbnail appears. Select the X on the thumbnail to remove it and try again.

You can attach up to 5 files (maximum 10 MB each) to provide additional context:

  1. Select Add files below the screenshot section.
  2. Choose files from your computer. Supported formats include images, PDFs, Word documents, text files, and CSV files.
  3. Each attached file shows its name and size. Select X next to a file to remove it.

After you select Submit Feedback, your feedback is:

  1. Saved in the system with automatic context (page URL, browser information, your role)
  2. Routed to the development team’s project tracker as a ticket
  3. Tagged for follow-up — you may receive updates when your feedback is addressed

You will see a confirmation message: “Thank you for your feedback!”

The Help Center remains open as you navigate between pages. If you open the Help Center on one page and navigate to another, your conversation history and the current view (Ask AI, Contact Support, or Share Feedback) are preserved.
