Help Center

The Help Center provides instant guidance without leaving the application. Select the ? icon in the top bar to open the Help Center popup in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  1. In the top bar, select the ? (help) icon, located between the notification bell and your user avatar.
  2. The Help Center popup opens with three options:
    • Ask AI — Get step-by-step instructions from the AI assistant
    • Contact Support — Send a message directly to the support team
    • Share Feedback — Report bugs, request features, or share UX feedback
  1. In the Help Center popup, type your question in the input field at the bottom. For example, “How do I upload a document?”
  2. Select the send button or press Enter.
  3. The Help Center searches its knowledge base and returns matching topics with step-by-step instructions.
  4. Each result includes a Full guide link that opens the complete documentation page on docs.innoqualis.com.

If the Help Center cannot find documentation that answers your question, it says so plainly and offers to put you in touch with support. In that case it shows no source link at all.

This is deliberate. A link is a claim that the page behind it supports the answer above it. Rather than offer the closest page it could find — which in a compliance tool can send you to a procedure that does not apply — the Help Center gives you nothing to follow and points you to support instead. A source link appears only when the answer actually rests on that page.

The Help Center searches the product documentation only. Internal operations material — runbooks, on-call procedures — is not part of what it reads, so it is never offered as an answer.

When you first open the Help Center, a set of suggested questions is displayed:

  • How do I upload a document?
  • How do I complete training?
  • How do I create a CAPA?
  • How do I report a deviation?
  • How do I create an audit?

Select any suggested question to get an instant answer.

If the Help Center cannot find an answer to your question, a Contact us for help button appears below the response.

  1. Select Contact us for help.
  2. Fill in the contact form:
    • Your email — The email address where you want to receive a reply.
    • Category — Select one of: Issue, Bug Report, Feedback, or Suggestion.
    • Subject — A brief summary of your request.
    • Description — A detailed explanation of your problem or request.
  3. Select Send to contact@innoqualis.com.
  4. A confirmation message appears once the message is sent.

The Help Center retains your questions and answers during your current session. You can ask multiple questions and scroll through previous answers without losing context.

A quality analyst needs to record a deviation but is not sure how:

  1. She selects the ? icon in the top bar.
  2. She types “How do I report a deviation?” and presses Enter.
  3. The Help Center returns the Report a Deviation topic with step-by-step instructions:
    • Go to Deviations in the sidebar.
    • Select Report deviation.
    • Fill in the details and submit.
  4. She selects Full guide to open the complete deviation reporting guide for additional details.
  5. She follows the steps and successfully records the deviation.
