Ethics and supply chain
This page states the commitments InnoQualis makes about how it conducts business and how it chooses and manages the companies it buys from. It is self-attested. No third party has audited it. If that changes, this page will say so.
Our conduct
Section titled “Our conduct”We do not offer, give, ask for or accept bribes or facilitation payments, and we do not tolerate them from anyone acting on our behalf. This follows the UK Bribery Act 2010. Gifts and hospitality are modest, infrequent and recorded.
We compete fairly. We do not make claims about our product, or about competitors, that we cannot support. The Trust Centre exists so that customers can check our claims before they buy.
Modern slavery and labour
Section titled “Modern slavery and labour”We do not use forced, bonded or child labour anywhere in our business, and we do not knowingly buy from suppliers who do. Our own team is employed under UK and EU law. We are below the turnover threshold that requires a statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and we publish this commitment anyway.
Suppliers
Section titled “Suppliers”InnoQualis is a software business. Our supply chain is short and is mostly other software and hosting companies. The full list of sub-processors that handle customer data is on the Trust Centre and is updated before any new sub-processor starts work.
Before we start using a supplier we check who they are, where they process data, what certifications they hold and whether their terms let us meet our own obligations to customers. We prefer suppliers in the UK and EU. We review the list at least once a year.
We expect suppliers to follow the same standards on bribery, labour and fair dealing that we set for ourselves, and we stop using suppliers who do not.
Raising a concern
Section titled “Raising a concern”Anyone, inside or outside the company, can raise a concern about our conduct or a supplier’s conduct by writing to contact@innoqualis.com. We will acknowledge it, look into it and reply. Nobody will be treated worse for raising a concern in good faith.
Review
Section titled “Review”This policy is reviewed once a year and whenever the business changes in a way that affects it. Last reviewed: 2026-09-06.
